About HappyPo

We are a small team that makes one kind of thing: simple ways to wash with water when there is no bidet in the room.

It started with a travel problem

HappyPo began in Berlin in 2017. One of us had come home from a long trip through countries where washing with water is normal, and paper alone no longer felt clean. We tried every travel bidet we could buy. Most were stiff, leaked in a bag, or sprayed in one hard line.

Fitting a bidet seat in a rented flat was not an option. A wet wipe was, but wipes clog pipes and dry out skin. So we drew a bottle with a long angled nozzle and started testing it at home.

The bottle has come in many colours since 2017. Six are in our US range today.

Why the bottle looks the way it does

The nozzle is angled so your hand stays in front of you and the jet still reaches. The spray head has several small holes instead of one, so the water spreads and feels soft.

The body is soft enough to squeeze with one hand. We made it without BPA and without plasticizers, because it lives in a bathroom and travels in a bag next to your clothes. The collar screws on tight and the base is flat, so the bottle stands by the toilet like a soap dispenser.

From one bottle to the Easy-Bidet 2.0

The first version taught us what people asked for: more water, a steadier base, a cap for travel. The Easy-Bidet 2.0 answered that, and the XL added 180 ml for people who found 300 ml tight. Colours came next, because a bathroom shared by four people needs four bottles that nobody confuses.

German viewers may know us from the local edition of Shark Tank. Since then HappyPo bottles have picked up 25,250 ratings from buyers, with an average of 4.3 out of 5.

Who uses a HappyPo

Travellers pack it because hotel bathrooms rarely have a bidet. New mothers use it as a peri bottle in the weeks after birth. People with sore skin use it because water rubs less than paper. Parents keep one by the changing table, and carers use it at the bedside, where a basin and a cloth used to be the only choice.

Campers and van owners asked us for something bigger, so our range now includes a 12-litre shower with a foot pump. The idea is the same: clean water, where you are, without a power socket.

What we will not tell you

A HappyPo bottle does not heat water, and it will not replace a shower. Some buyers find the cap stiff, and a few find the body hard to squeeze. Their reviews stand here next to the kind ones.

We also take no payment ourselves. When you press a yellow button you finish the purchase with our retail partner, who handles delivery and returns.
